This page explains what happens on this site when it is visited, and what does not happen. It covers the mechanisms actually built into the site and nothing beyond them.
Visits
When a visitor arrives from a search engine, the site records a small amount of information about that visit: the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine, and the text of any outbound button that gets clicked. This happens only for arrivals from search engines, not for every visit. The data is used solely to count page views and clicks on outbound buttons — nothing more is done with it.
Session
To avoid counting the same page view twice, the site keeps one flag in the browser for the current session. This flag exists only while the session lasts and does not function as a persistent identifier. No other browser storage is set, and no cookie is used.
Pages
Each page on this site is self-contained, and the fonts it uses are embedded locally rather than pulled from another provider. Every file a page needs comes from this domain, so no outside host receives data while a page is being displayed. The site itself is a set of static files served through a content delivery network, which handles the technical delivery of each request as the hosting provider.
Links
Some links on this site point to third-party destinations. Following one of these links first passes through a path on this domain, which then redirects to the partner site. Stored visitor data is not shared with the partner as part of this redirect. Once the link is followed, the destination is a separate site that receives the request directly from the visitor's browser and keeps its own record of that visit. This site does not control what that separate site does with the request it receives.
Absences
This site has no forms, no third-party analytics, no external subresources, and no contact channels. It does not collect names, e-mail addresses, account identifiers or payment details, and it has no login, registration or user account. No personal data is stored in the browser, and nothing is shared with advertising networks, data brokers or outside analytics services. These absences are why the site asks for no consent, no account and no personal detail — there is no mechanism here that requires any of them.
